In this second video of the series, Richard Rohr explores Franciscan Mysticism by examining how we "split" from God. In doing so he outlines four major splits that can be indulged in order to forget our inherent oneness and create an illusionary sense of separation between ourselves - despite being part of a single whole without distinction or discrimination whatsoever! And yet it's only through reconnecting back into what originally made us one with all things holy (like St. Francis) again will any true understanding come forth as well- for there truly isn't much known until you've experienced life apart but also together...
"We begin the process of individuation, which includes at least four major splits, ways of forgetting our inherent oneness and creating an illusion of separation." - Richard Rohr, O.F.M.

Excellent. Just what this troubled world needs now. God bless you for the light you shine so that we do not live in darkness. It matters not how you say it if it causes people to hear. It is imperative this be heard. May you live long to continue telling it. Thank you.

There is an understanding that we all had but have to give up its not allowed, but thereare circumstances when it is allowed, and that is frail broken and things of no worth ,this is where God is on earth.

Birth into the world is more like a change of reality, it is from one life to another, and then back again, it is eternal.

What is poor what is oppressed should not exist. And yet Jesus tells it will exist forever which means we fail ,and require God's mercy.

It's an exciting request which you may be better to answer than I. Curiosity is a catalyst to discovering the unknown. While this request is valid, I am not that curious to find the answers you are seeking at this moment. However, if I feel an impulse of curiosity and creativity, I will pursue this request. I appreciate your feedback and wish you luck on your journey.

Paul is a mystic. He talks about the ' mystery ' hidden from the ages. He thanks God for having revealed the Christ within himself. Did Christ 'pop in' at his conversion on the road? No. Paul recognized that God was not only in him in Christ but had always been. This was his revelation. When he persecuted the church, Paul was persecuting Christ. When Paul persecuted Christ, he was really persecuting himself and the Christ in all things. Gal 1:16

Every story where a human meets God, knows God with confidence (rather than just knowing “of” God) is about mysticism. Best way to find is to read entire books and narratives on your own! “Verses” are just academic reference points added centuries after all the writing was done.
