I remember a video on TV in which a barrel racer neglected the floating and it caused horrible pain on her horse. When she rode out, the horse was flinging its head and not wanting to move forward. She jerked the reins, which REALLY hurt the horse. The horse flipped on top of the woman. The woman's face was seriously injured (some skin and muscle came off). She learned the hard way you must pay attention to your animal's needs!
How often is it necessary for this to be done? Because I know a horse that has been loosing weight and the owners suspect worms but I suspect it might be his teeth needing work. Either way I'll be going to give him a wormer soon but maybe I can suggest that he get his teeth floated....
It's Friday 13, I'm watching nonstop vids like this and spooning with my dogs.
Happy life...
