My first Disneyland visit didn't quite go as planned! *Spoiler* (I cried) - Japan Trip - Day 4

  • I was lucky enough to visit Japan this year, after talking about going with my best friend, on and off, for the past 5 years! This trip, following a terrible 2023, was absolutely magical! Day 4 was our Disneyland day. I was already super worn out from three days of exploring Japan, so we started off later than originally planned, to allow for a little more sleep. Despite this, I still struggled with chronic illness symptoms and at one point was contemplating packing it in and heading back to the hotel early! After some rest and some food, I managed to pick up and we continued exploring, to the point that when we left, I felt we'd experienced a fair amount, considering. If I get the chance to return, there's definitely a lot left I'd like to see, so hopefully I can get there again one day. :)
Just for fun, I've decided to pop my step count stats for each day at the end of each vlog's description.

Thank you for sharing this and I wish you could have enjoyed it as much as you expected to. As a teen I worked at the Florida Disney World park and it was interesting to see which rides and attractions made the translation to Tokyo Disneyland. Hope you are well and coping.

That seems like a cool "first job"! Is there much overlap between florida and tokyo? I got a second go at the true Disney experience when we visited DisneySea (which is super cool too) later in the trip, so it's all good. Thanks for watching!

@@edgesamantha Actually, some of the marquee attractions are at both. Pirates of the Carribean, Jungle Cruise, Haunted Mansion, Space Mountain, It's a Small World, Dumbo, The Electric Light Parade, and Cinderellas Castle were all around when I worked there. If you grew up near Orlando chances are you had a job at one of the parks or nearby attractions in your teens.
