You should ask cast member in Disney that is it possible to take videos inside attractions. It might be rude. And you better avoid to take others in videos.
Tokyo Disneyland is well known for allowing phone use inside all the attractions except for fast-moving rollercoasters. Probably other Disneylands around the world too. Sorry about my comment with bad english
