If i start my workout directly with full planche I'm afraid I'm gonna break something. I just feel like it's better to warm up properly then move on
if you are not used to the movement, warm up. That is what nathan means, he says he does not need to warm up becouse his body is so used to it.

Warming up can also be doing an easier progression of an exercise. For someone like him full planche can easily be "warm up"
