butter: 40 g (1.4 oz)
vegetable oil: 30 ml (1 fl oz)
beef: 1 kg (2 lb)
carbonated water: 300 ml (10 fl oz)
OVER MEDIUM FIRE: 1 H
onion: 3 pc
garlic: 6 g (0.2 oz)
red bell pepper: 1 pc
sweet paprika: 4 g (0.1 oz)
salt: 5 g (0.2 oz)
black pepper: 2 g (0.1 oz)
soy sauce: 30 ml (1 fl oz)
mustard: 30 g (1.1 oz)
water: 200 ml (6.8 fl oz)
OVER MEDIUM FIRE: 30 MIN
potatoes: 300 g (11 oz)
water: 300 ml (10 fl oz)
salt: 4 g (0.1 oz)
OVER MEDIUM FIRE: 20 MIN
dill: 20 g (0.7 oz)
vegetable oil: 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
salt: 10 g (0.4 oz)
mustard: 20 g (0.7 oz)
starch: 30 g (1.1 oz)
water: 30 ml (1 fl oz)
scallions: 30 g (1.1 oz)
parsley: 30 g (1.1 oz)

Just put the meat in a ziploc bag with water and some baking soda for 30 minutes then rinse/ cook. The process is called " velveting" and the chinese have done it forever...not a secret at all.

@@bugsyunclee3968 yes..velveting , if done properly, will create a melt in your mouth texture on any tight-cell meat (chix, beef, pork,) because the baking soda breaks down the connective tissue, and "loosens" the meat cells themselves, which then in turn allows the meat to absorb more seasoning and flavors. Animal fat and all natural fats (butter, lard, tallow, bacon fat, etc) are healthy. The culprits are the seed (or plant oils), olive oil, canola oil, palm oil, safflower oil and the list goes on and includes all oils.

Здравейте искам да попитам може ли телешкото месо да се замени със свинско и може ли да се замени нишаштето със брашно а във картофената може ли да се сложи и оцет или лимон.Предварително благодаря и желая успех на канала ви!
Попробовал повторить.. Но 1 час не вышло: слишком оно стало теммнеть и черстветь. Ограничеля 30 мин. Горчицу заменил на томатную пасту. А вот тушил час с хвозтиком в надежде что мясо станет мягче. Итог: получились краивое и вкусное блюдо, но мясо во рту таять не хотело, мягко говоря. Даже не решился отнести соседке на пробу. Так что с маринованием и жаркой 1 час что-то пошло не так.
А секрет то в чем,все как обычно
Просто с луком пожарить, было бы вкуснее.
