I needed a reason to justify the time I was spending with that game, and so here it is! I also wanted a little break from making easter egg videos just for once. Another mind blowing detail in Rdr2 is that each NPC has their own individual fleshed out schedule, for example if you follow a specific NPC you might see them wake up, go to work, spend time at a bar, go home, sleep repeat. And the schedule varies from NPC to NPC depending on their personality, the world truly feels as though it exists with or without you.
I think you’ve mastered the art of the comedic edit. The zoom out to show just HOW MANY bodies you’d already dumped over the bridge; the abrupt music cutout when the woman got hit; the slow pan up to Honkers. Absolutely fantastic.
Dude the details in SA were astounding even in today's standards. Like the rap merchandise, the dialogue depending on CJ's look, how gangs react to low respect etc. Rockstar is rn keeping the quality side of gaming industry afloat.
Yeah with all the details and little features of GTA: SA you can roleplay better than in the current "so called" """"RPG's"""". And SA was an action game! Fucking sad....

The way NPC's react to your appearance in Rockstar games is brilliant. I was an obese CJ back in the day and someone said that the back of my neck looks like a pack of hotdogs.
Shoutout to the animators and developers in charge of making the horses' nutsack look more realistic in RDR2. You're the heroes we didn't know we needed.
Not sure if this was mentioned in the comments already, but in Red Dead 2 while visiting the saloon in Saint Denis you can actually see the people cutting their food into small pieces and eating them. They will lay down their knives and their forks on the table once the plate is empty.
1. GTA SA - best open world map, grander scope of activities 2. GTA V - Best Mulitplayer/Modding/Driving 3. GTA IV - best physics/police chases/stories 4. Vice City - Best Soundtrack/vibes
GTA IV was a marvel, the gunplay, physics, storyline, characters etc all fantastic. I still to this day cannot believe GTA V was it's successor as IV did almost everything better.
Considering other GTA games didn't expand on anything SA sure was and still is the best one. Crap graphics but overall the most coherent content is in SA.

The transitions are flawless in this video. Having the theme song of the next game playing just a few moments before switching clips feels amazing. And having that music play till the player exits the car feels even more amazing together!

Red Dead Redemption 2 is my personal best open-world of all time, the world just feels so alive, detailed and beautiful. So much so that I mostly play it just roaming around the map taking in the scenery, same with Red Dead Online
It's great cause mostly nature. A human will always feel closer to peaceful nature than artificial man made cities like GTA and Cyberpunk. The great well crafted open world Along with western music and when you are roaming in horse it put a sweet taste in your mouth. I find RDR 2 open world releases my stress and relaxe my head.

actually it's 1900/1901, the epilogue is the only time you can access armadillo and it happens a few months after the story ends and the story starts during the winter of 1899 basically either by December which means we play half of the game in 1900

I’ve seen a number of “insane details” videos on YT for Rockstar’s games, but you’ve shown me a couple here that I never knew before (the pupil dilation and store clerks doing stock checks before opening up a store in RDR; the fact that Rockstar accounted for frickin’ light pollution in GTA V)! I hope Rockstar never loses their edge with it comes to stuff like this. Their games are a real event across all of pop culture when they come out.

The transitions are flawless in this video. Having the theme song of the next game playing just a few moments before switching clips feels amazing. And having that music play till the player exits the car feels even more amazing together!

Red Dead Redemption 2 is my personal best open-world of all time, the world just feels so alive, detailed and beautiful. So much so that I mostly play it just roaming around the map taking in the scenery, same with Red Dead Online
It's great cause mostly nature. A human will always feel closer to peaceful nature than artificial man made cities like GTA and Cyberpunk. The great well crafted open world Along with western music and when you are roaming in horse it put a sweet taste in your mouth.
I find RDR 2 open world releases my stress and relaxe my head.

I’ve seen a number of “insane details” videos on YT for Rockstar’s games, but you’ve shown me a couple here that I never knew before (the pupil dilation and store clerks doing stock checks before opening up a store in RDR; the fact that Rockstar accounted for frickin’ light pollution in GTA V)! I hope Rockstar never loses their edge with it comes to stuff like this. Their games are a real event across all of pop culture when they come out.
