This was one of my favourite tracks on Warren G's debut album. Loved his smooth simple flow, hard beats& the classic hook by Lady Levi. They don't make music like this no more. Bless up Warren G. Always gave us some evergreen classics
I Love this track. Still bumping some Warren G's G funk in Feb 2023.. Those were some really good times. Shout out to Warren G.. Always had a calm look& easy going flow
I remember the hype when this album dropped in the stores, you go to your CD store and they be sold out and you have to hit up another store until you find it. Those were the days.

Classic. I would still have my cassette of this album if I hadn't moved like 3 times since my mother brought it for me as a birthday present for my 13th birthday in 1993
I still have this soundtrack, I remember as a kid I would listen to the songs and watch the videos but the only thing that would stick is the beats. The case is all broken up but the cd is fine. They dont make soundtracks like they used to. I remember wanting to watch Bad Boys for the longest because of the soundtrack, but I was only 5 when it came out

Darth Troller nah, Above the Law and Kokane made G-Funk...Warren G got G-Funk to the mainstream
Alex Zukosvky Warren is way cooler.

Warren G has one of the best voices in hip-hop. It's so smooth.
West Coast Rap from the 1990s consist of N.W.A., Snoop Doggy Dogg, 2Pac, Warren G, Tha Dogg Pound, Digital Underground, E-40, Too Short, Mac Dre, etc.
Nah, fuck these commercial Hollywood-rappers. I see you're not familiar with the 'real' underground...
They were all surely underground at one point. They were the chosen ones.
DJ Quik, MC eiht, Spice 1, Ice T and everyone from the golden era
The greatest artists were all from the west coast
@@thegeneral7975 on crack nigha. Mac Dre was beyond dope.!
The chorus...lol. "Cause I borrow, then they’ll borrow but I lend them a violin. I’m sure they’re illegal (in so many ways)" Rare talent!

G-Funk is the main reason why west coast beats are better than those of the east or wherever.
Beat wise agreed but east side music was dope as well
G FUNK since 1994
West best 🔥but tha north got sum bangers aside da east G
the East Coast had more of those classics sample beats with rappers spiting the more lyrical stuff
Boom Bap was just as influential as G Funk, if not more so..Love both coasts music
