Can you check the manual and make sure that you can use the steam mode with the cleaning products.
Usually you can only use water for steam. Any of these products are probablely not safe to use in a steaming machine.

Thank you so much for this amazing detailed review, i just have 1 question because i’ve been seeing some people complain about having residue after they turn it off, so they need to wipe it off, did you face this problem with it?
@@ayshaAlSumait So the only time I found I had residue was when I used it once and the little filter wasn't in. I rushed and didn't have it inserted. Eventually figured it out, inserted it and all was well. Also wondering, could it be that they are using too much cleaning solution? Its very tempting to add more.
