I really appreciate how hard Ryan works to promote the dead pool series. If more people pushed as hard as he does I might not be two subpar films away from giving up on the superhero genre.

Just walked out of the theater here in Brazil, and man, that post-credit scenes are probably the greatest post-credit scenes I've ever saw, like literally, ever! Whorever was behind those scenes deserves an Oscar.

I think the small budget that Deadpool uses is great and the reason it gets more attention is because the amount of jokes Reynolds makes which is why the movie gets recognized. He knows he is a superhero, a comic character and of course pokes fun of himself breaking that superhero tradition. If you watch Hulk Vs. Wolverine with Nolan North it's exactly like that. Nolan North like Ryan Reynolds just goes on and on and his chemistry with Steven Blum's Wolverine is incredible. I wish Hugh Jackman was in Deadpool 2 because the banter between them would be identical to Hulk Vs. Wolverine.

I went three times to watch it, mainly for the scene when he gets hold of the bad guy hugs him tight and both fall in front of truck and Celine Dion singing ashes comes on with bond style opening. That’s when I knew The song went PERFECTLY with this film. It always got me with a lump in my throat. 😢

Granted that was your opinion im going to give mine. I thought the first deadpool it was great! But DP2 was phenomenal all the Easter eggs, the jokes, delivery, I thought the love sequences were astounding. Idk deadpool was more intriguing

I saw it at an early screening last Thurs. I dig this more than the first. The plot takes the first act to get focused, but the humor and action are more on pt, and it gets the Deadpool character better than the 1st imo

Filipe Rocha Guardians 2 was a terrible movie, though. It was all CGI with a forgettable story. SS was bad as well but they are about par on the levels of entertainment they provide.

This is a must see film. Even better than the first one.
You compare Deadpool 1 to Deadpool 2 and then compare Die Hard 1 to Die Hard Die With a Vengeance in terms of how big and small one film is to the other in the series which I find to be funny considering it's marketed and distributed by the same studio 20th Century Fox.

Kevin Strom I think the reason is because, in the back of your mind, you know this movie won't be able to surpass the first one. It may be on par, may be worse, but its kind of impossible for a movie like this to be better than its predecessor.

The fact they butchered Domino's look all together in this movie but made sure the other ones looked as comic book accurate as possible is the main reason I am really dreading this movie myself. And yeah that may seem like such a small detail, but it's much bigger when it's so obvious that they just couldn't be bothered to even try with it. And again has nothing to do with race at all, the woman has a damn rare skin condition in the comics that makes her skin bleach white, which they could have easily done here. So yeah definitely no excuse for that at all.

Well that sucks, you really need to read some Domino Comics though, she's really an awesome character trust me. I have been following Comics since I was a kid, so for people like me it really hacks me off when they butcher Comics like this. Especially given the fact that the first Deadpool was so awesome overall and was extremely accurate comic book wise in so many ways.

Domino looks completely horrible if they was for comic book accuracy at all, which clearly they wasn't. And I find that completely strange and makes absolutely no sense at all, especially given the fact that literally everyone else in this movie is pretty much as damn comic book accurate as they could make them looks-wise! And no again this has nothing to do with the race at all, domino in the comics literally has a rare skin condition that makes her skin bleach white. Not to mention that they had no problem making Zoe Salanda into Gamora with green skin and all, and it worked out amazingly! So again, no excuse for this whatsoever, but other than that the movie itself does look great from what I have seen.

There's no post credit scene but there's a bit of orchestrated music that plays during the movie and comes back at the end of the credits which had me rolling.

If you take the built up to that movie into consideration, sure in that case it is awesome.
But on its own...no not really...on its own it is a great nerd party but objectively its not a top movie as much as it hurts to say.

That kind of criticism is unfair because this movie is a culmination of 10 years of films, and If you decided to watch infinity war it is your duty to backtrack previous films or atleast learn some history on what happened.

I was super excited for the first Deadpool movie. I kept watching the trailers and thinking about it all the time. I was so hyped. Then I saw it and loved it. I still watch it a lot now. With this movie, I always forget it's coming out until a trailer or commercial comes on. I'm just not really looking forward to it as much. Maybe the trailers are not as interesting for some weird reason. Maybe I just got what I needed with the first one and that's it. I already had my Deadpool fix. I needed a great movie with Deadpool and action plus comedy and that first movie did it perfectly. I just feel like this new one is unnecessary.
