SIPA created the Youth Leaders Internship to address anti-Asian hate and violence, and to teach how youth can be part of the solution. This 6-month program allows youth to gain the necessary skills, tools, and knowledge to keep their communities safe. SIPA fosters young people to become ambassadors and leaders for their communities by engaging them in critical racial, restorative justice, and healing conversations.
