Beautiful painting! I recently purchased the aqua elite long round 6 brush and I LOVE it for painting trees. I do use tape if painting landscapes. I like the look of the frame. I like the sound of the rain. I also like the voiceover where you explain what you're doing.
Enjoyed the tutorial and the paint splattering. What is your background? When did you start painting etc? I am just a curious that is all. Yes, I use masking tape all the time.

I starting painting about 6 years ago when I couldn't find the time to shoot landscape photography on a normal basis. It was the next best thing, and then I felt called to do it.

As a new “painter” I love the voice over as I need it to understand the process. I’m sure a more experienced person would not need the instructions.

Ooh I do love painting wet into wet for those distant trees, but sometimes it’s nice to paint on dry for a bit more control. I hope you enjoy it!

I am having a hard time preventing cauliflower effect when I’m trying to blend and get that misty look. Any tips you could offer would be great!
