Seeing Dipper fight a vampire bat would have been the best episode ever, yet all we get is a newspaper picture 🙁

Two things. 1. I think he was just ringing for the waiter. 2. Considering that the society of the blind eye is gone, the newspaper can report paranormal and supernatural things going on in gravity falls.
Well after seeing the Lesson it just appears to be a harsh parenting method. Kinda like training a dog. She probably gets into trouble if she doesn't do what she told after the bell so she's grown up expecting a punishment if she doesn't do what they say.

I never really liked the bat newspaper. The entire show the towns people went out of their way to ignore dippers mysteries and then out of no where boom we get photo proof of a big bat, the sharif’s are there and tobby of all people actually published it. I get this happened after the blind eye episode but it’s sad dipper never really got his “F U I was right” moment
