Mi Ru is honestly the most creative monster Capcom has made to date and would fit perfectly in Rise. It's a shape-shifting wyvern based around Kitsune, like wtf that's beyond epic!
@@TheTrueUltimateGenLifeform I'm not sure if that's how it'd work if I'm being honest? Black Dragon classification only extends to Elder Dragons last I heard so a Flying Wyvern than messes with its own bodily structure in ways that changes its fighting style might not be entirely Black Dragon worthy, but that's an interesting thought since Unknown, or Ra-Ro, reaches a power threshold just by it getting angrier.
I'd love Unknown and/or Mi Ru in Wilds as endgame bosses. They're fairly unknown (lmao) outside of the Frontier community too so it could have some surprises for the newer hunters.
Mi Ru has one of the coolest concepts for a wyvern with it's ability to shapeshift into 5 other forms(making 6 in total) and each one has its own range of abilities. Talking about a difficult challenge and his ability to shoot a blue flame is even cooler.
I could potentially think it may be black dragon level if Capcom and MH decided to add it back. From what I can tell, the ability to shape shift sounds broken as hell if you can go far with it
@@TheTrueUltimateGenLifeformMi Ru is somehow related to the normal flying wyvern, Dyuragaua. Definitely not upping to black dragon level. It probably stays at elder dragon level.
0:00 - 3:07 I fight this guy before, he is very very hard. But the game provide you a special potion to be consumed once per day per hunt(Is a premium service). This potion greatly strengthen your defense(not stat but significantly decrease damage taken), It'll last till the hunts end or give up. So I hunt him once per day, slowly but surely got the armor, it's pretty good, it got sharp, fire damage, Ice damage, tremor , earplug, Reckless Abandoned....... the kind of skill essential in G-rank.. And he is not even the harder monster in G-rank. But compared to armor which have the G Hunter Art Skill, his set is fall behind. I failed a lot initially, but overtime I gotten use to his Narga/Tigrex moveset that have 5 type of damage: Ice, Fire, Ground, Crystallized and Wind. The 3 different looking beast is actually its form of transformation. It changes element when you deal certain amount of damage.
... So the UNKNOWN Black Wyvern... Achieves a Zenith-like form mid battle? Like the Gasurabasura, but it lasts till the end of the battle? Cool! How tough is it to fight her?
pretty fuckin hard, she almost one shots you with most of her attacks iirc, been a long time since I played, and she does a ton of AOE abilities and even has this black hole where she pulls everything in and then blows it up.

Words cannot begin to describe how LIVID i am that the third song in this medley is not on spotify. I'm so angry I might just start fighting hunters at five stages of rage myself
i like to imagine that UNKNOWN is the spirits of every wrongly slayed monster across the world of Monster Hunter personified into a physical form. Who better to pick than the motherly, protective Rathian? Hell, even the normal Rathian goes beserk at the slightest hint of threat to her, her mate, and her offspring. It's almost like, to me, that UNKNOWN exists because of the wrongs of many hunters over the many generations they've lived and slayed. And she exists to hunt you, to get back at the ones who committed foul acts against her monster brethren over the years. It also aligns with those sorrowful undertones in her otherwise desperate and vengeful theme. She isn't a monster, she's the spiritual biproduct of hundreds of thousands of lives lost to greed and misjudgment.
The Monster Hunters are not committing wrongs though, they are slaying monsters to both save the ecology of the areas as well as, like the monsters do themselves, to feed themselves and their brethren. These creatures would have absolutely no qualms destroying the Humans and so forth of the MH world just to spread their territories and feed. The only potential wrongs that were committed, and it's still oddly non-canon, would be the Ancient Civilization and its late-stage treatment of Elders especially - and Fatalis put an end to that. Hunters and their modern age brethren species are merely trying to survive like the Monsters themselves. But I get what you're saying.

Frontier was definitely a MH game that thought outside the box. I enjoyed playing it and this fight was hell. But I can be one to admit that I wish the designs of most monsters featured in here were more original. And yes I know creativity doesn’t come in waves but when it comes to Frontier designs… well let’s just say there’s a reason I like OG MH better. The designs in frontier are either too bulky, too abstract, or just have a bunch of spikes slapped on them… Now don’t get me wrong there are a some designs in Frontier that I love, Diorekkesu, but when it came down to fighting Zenith White Fatalis and Exotic Shagaru… Yeah… *SPIKES INTENSIFIES* .
