All law nahi bhai sirf corporate laws baki kuchh nahi padhate. Llb mai sare laws indepth padhate hai
Bro first of all llb n CS are two different things
Both the courses are professional courses. If you want to go for a corporate job than CS would be better. But if you want to for individual practice then go for LLB. To excel in Advocacy depends upon your individual skill and capacity, and not everybody's cup of tea. CS covers only corporate and economic laws in depth but LLB covers all the laws in general. You can practice any law after LLB but CS limits your scope only to Corporate laws. If you see the syllabus of CS the laws other than Corporate and Business laws are not covered in detail. If you require to appear beyond the level of Tribunal then you require LLB. Most of the landmark judgements in Taxation and Company Law are won by LLB not CS. Even if you have multiple degrees you can only one practicing certificate. One of India's famous Advocates who represents India in International court of Justice is the famous Advocate Harish Salve who after becoming a chartered accountant completed LLB and went on to become litigation lawyer. And one last advise to become a Judiciary i.e. to become a Judge you need to have LLM degree and appear for the Judiciary exam.

Cs is a long term couse....but lawyer not a long term course.....but if a student passing any college which is approved bar council of India......which not listed in top 10 college but he/she get a govt job/ private job or practice......... depending how to gathering your knowledge........

CS is not a degree. It is a qualification. A degree is only a course which is recognised by UGC.

Top college of Law in India Banglore has recognised CS qualification to pursue Phd in Business and corporate laws, but an LLB person is required first to qualify LLM, then u yourself analyse the value of course. LOL.

Bhai tum aam logo ki duniya se bahar nikal kar dekho cs ki kya reputation hai corporates me. No doubt llb is a very good course and i am also pursuing it but cs is very much tougher than llb. Agar tum cs qualify kar lete ho to llb qualify karna bahut jyada asan hai but agar tum llb ho to ye jaroori nhi hai ki tum cs bhi kar lo. Aur rhi baat logo ke jaanne ki to log abhi bhi traditional courses or jobs ko hi jyada value dete hai jaise govt. jobs engineering etc iska ye matlab nhi ki baaki courses jinhe society ke aam aadmi nhi jante unki value kam hai.

Company cases me shayad cs , court me khade hote ho..! Jaisa ki aap keh rahe ha. But LLB ka sope jyada vistrit ha, har matters ko advocate deal kr sakta ha.. Tort ho, human rights ho, civil matters ya fir criminal ya family matters..! I don't know if a cs is allowed to appear in the court before judges even in case of company matters which come under company law. Desh me advocate banane ki sanstha bhi ek hi ha- "Bar council of india" iska exam clear karne k bad hi Law graduate advocate bnkr court me practice kr sakta ha.
