I’m so glad you got your first gouache paints and are enjoying my videos! ❤️ Gouache paints can be used with less water than watercolors, so many types of paper work well. For example, in this video, I used 180gsm sketch paper. Watercolor paper is also great for gouache. Personally, I like using hot-pressed watercolor paper for a smoother finish. 🎨✨ Enjoy experimenting with different papers!
