You are going to love it. Such an awesome machine. I use it on my coffee cart paired with a puq press and a maelkonig e65s gbw it's a bulletproof setup. You can just keep pumping out coffees...
@@ArtistiCoffeeRoasters it would not be weak with 22 mil we do 10g in a single with 30 mil It seems you are wasting a lot, of coffee as soon as you get over 30mil I agree a double shot with 16 to 18 g.
thanks for the video, getting my LM GS3 AV this week and was wondering how to program it
Nice machine 👏🏼

Thank you for much for your great advice, so helpful 🙏🏻
You're welcome! Glad you found it helpful :)
Amazing, how do you fix the flowmeter alarm on the same machine?
I’ve recently been getting into ristrettos for a different flavour profile and it’s actually really nice! I might introduce it to some of my customers
Great to hear. Definitely get your customers to try it.
Thanks very much 💪💪💪
How to enable pre brewing, sir?
Which model? They are all different
How often would you reset or check the yield is still consistant
Daily or at least weekly.
Do you know which company we can buy coffee that provide machine.? thanks
Why don't you use a single handle say 9/10 g of coffee for 22mil?
Good question. It's all about taste and flavour. We would find a recipe like that very weak and underwhelming for the drinks we aim to serve.
