hey, if i check by myself the lumbar curve test - and my hand succeed to pass the spine (during learning my PTS exam) i can assumed that my spine is in lordosis position? or i have to go for health specialist? (i'm after 2 labors in the last 2 years)

where do we focus exercising in our body when we have lordosis?
I’ve been doing this and it feels like I went to the gym or something lol
I can't bent, it's painful, what should I do
I had done 14 days physiotherapy
