    This was very informative. One question a bit unrelated. When I try to do lower ab work by laying down and bring my legs up with my abs, I have a hard time keeping my back stuck to the floor and it begins to arch to compensate for the lack strength and understanding of the mechanics of the movement. How can I practice getting the lower back to stop trying to arch?
