    I love your videos. I’ve been having back issues for years and I can’t believe I just found your videos. They’re gold !
    There are many who give advice on the internet but it takes special skills to get people to actually do what you’re saying and the simplicity in all your videos is great and easy to apply !
    I love the one thing you can change approach and the passion you have for what you do and knowledge are easily noticed in how you talk about the spine and muscles.
    Great communication skills as well ! Thank you !

    I’ve bn sleeping with a big cushion under my knees for 2 days now and thank God it relaxes my lower back, it really makes a difference to my sciatica pain. Used to wake up in the mornings feeling miserable and grumpy ‘cos of the pain and discomfort in my back. Really recommend to those who’s got a lower back pain. Thanks Dr Mandell for your videos 💜

    Thank you again for another wonderful help. Bodies can be overwhelming, but over the last few years my answers always seem to come from the same set of professionals like you online. Some like you are efficient and clear. Some are comedians. Some do body-building. Some are chiropractors and some are physical therapists - sometimes I don't even know which, but I recognize the site & trust them because they have helped me greatly in the past. I want you all to know how much I appreciate your service to others over the years. Thank you!

    Yep finally diagnosed a month ago. I had tingling into both feet, cramps in legs, lower back pain, tightness in both hips, tightness in abdomen and trembling in thigh muscles. Had lordosis since I was a child. Had 2 MRIs and saw 2 consultants and now a physiotherapist who finally diagnosed me with this. The tingling has gone from the feet. But my muscles are so tight around my hips, lower back. Can’t lie on my side as my hip flexors pull really tight, very uncomfortable. Sleeping flat 9is better for me than sleeping with pillows under my knees.

    Thanks for the video. I have been suffering from this for the past 13 years after slipping when pregnant & giving birth right after. Been bedridden for a year & after 8 rounds of ECT, I can walk but have never been fully normal after that. Have sought numerous treatments but since my condition is unexplained, doctors always think I am depressed. I am confident that the exercises in your video can help me fix the problem myself. Blessings to you.

    i don’t get back pain at all but my “story” is that i am a 15 year old teenage girl and i constantly have people pointing out that i “break my back” just to stick my bum out and make it look “big” which i don’t do. my back has a curve in it which i have never got checked out because i’m embarrassed but i get constant public humiliation because of it. my dance teacher has even noticed this because when doin certain dance moves it is very obvious, i try so hard to not have it “stick out” but i just don’t know what to do..

    I watched a video and I agree those are excellent exercises they are not to advance but the sleeping position which feels good on the back but the feet start to get sore when you stick a pillow underneath your knees. When you pull your knees up to your chest it was very interesting to tilt to the left until to the right I also can do the hands behind the neck but I have to come up very slow and not as high as you did thank you for the video I also I'm looking for the video you did on getting better posture I don't know if you're supposed to pull your shoulders back and do a pelvic tilt?

  • @carla-sq9rb
    @carla-sq9rb 5 лет назад +1

    Sleeping on your side with knees bent or on your back with a pillow under your knees, may feel comfortable but won’t fix the problem. These postures will only keep you in an anterior tilt position. You need to stretch your hip flexors (quads) and strengthen your hamstrings for long term results.
