You deserve "Dorime" from me. I had been doing it reverse and not only wasting the all important micronutrients but the process of seiving was soooo tedious. Imagine seiving 3 25kg bags of fermented feed. It was so laborious. I can't thank you enough. You are Godsend😁😁😁
Great idea. I suggest however that the dru feed needs to sit in the fermented poddle for hours before the actual feeding occurs. This will allow the dry feeds to soak well and achieve high degree of digestability.
Okay, this technique actually makes the most sense to me. This is better than all of the other videos I've watched on the subject. This is the one I'll use.
WOW! I have watched many fermenting videos, and you make the most sense of them all. You're birds enjoy it so much! Thank you for taking the time to make this video. I really appreciate it. :)
Can this be done on a large scale, with a couple rain barrels? Also, do you still feed the same amount of fermented feed as dry feed in the end? For instance, if I was feeding 20kg of dry feed originally(not fermented) and then feed 20kg of fermented feed in its place? Or do you feed more fermented feed than what it would have been dry, since some of it is water? Thanks so much for the video!
what's the starter ? its winter here 9 mos of a year, How do you ferment in the winter? thanks CANT hear you in alot of this video cuz the music is too loud. * Thanks
This is great. Please what's the starter agent again, where can we get it and is there any other alternative? For instance, if we can't get the starter agent, can we use yeast and sugar as fermenting agent? Thanks
I agree with this 100%. I used to drain the water, then I discovered the water soluble nutrients will be lost, secondly by adding dry feed to the fermented feed the feed wasn't messy anymore. Their consumption rate reduced, plumage became more brilliant and water consumption reduced. Thanks for this video.
Thanks a lot for this info. Please What's the name of the starter agent you added at the beginning and the white substance you added at the end. Thanks
Thanks brother That's what exactly I've been doing But I had some doubts whether it's was good idea . Thanks again I always like the video before watching because I know that all what you bring is informative
I am here again to appreciate you for this video. You are indeed No1 success partner. Just in 3days=> *Less stress *Retained nutrient *Saved time & *Improved growth/weight I wish I can like this video 100times
Sorry, I did not add lysine and methionine powder. I fermented a completely formulated feed. Mix everything you want in your dry feed first. You can ferment the whole feed after and use this method so you don't lose nutrients in the water
Mr Opeyemi just do this to teach you with an example that if you drain water then your all essential nutrients will be drain out..foz they are water soluble.
Nice work bro but as for me i don't do fermentation, All i do everday is mix with little bit of Garlic water or alovera my growers chicks love that since day 1.
@@deadmanlyndon yes i do not use antibiotics, i usually plan after 2 days i give them garlic water plus the garlic its self same to alovera they usually eat so to get infections it's not simple but keep away ur food+ water from Crawls this they bring infections + some strange diseases cause some people depend on how they feed chickens some outside the coop some inside ok that's what i have learned from my chicken hope my clue will help thanks.
Had the dried mash that was added already been fermented? If so, do you save the result to dry out for adding to a wet mash later ? If so, it seems like some amount of very old mash will stay in the newer mashes. Is this bad?
If the dried mash was not previously fermented, it seems like there is room for improvement....somehow ferment ALL of it but retain the nutrients in the water.
You add dry mash. Nothing like previously fermented feed. You want to serve your feed fresh and give all nutrients. Don’t save any nutrient in water because the chickens are not drinking the water. This method taught is the best way to give all nutrients in feed while still adding the benefits of fermentation
When you soak the grains in water, they expand and grow bigger, increasing the amount of feed... if you add dry feed, you loose that! Why not add Bran or rice or wheat husk? Or use less water? And...What is your starter? Vinegar?
So how many times do you give them food ? If you ferment 50% and at the 3rd day, you add up the other 50%, how do you know you save feed ? I think I missed something 😅
When your chickens eat fermented feed, they eat less and grow more. Remember, the feed swells, fills them quickly, and still adds more nutrients by making what is already in the dry mash more available.

That mathematics of adding a dry mash is really great, it didn't even crossed my mind😂😂😂

What you say makes perfect sense. One question, what do you as a starting agent?

Wow...brother, you turkey is looking so healthy... How many months are they?

Good one Boss. I have a feeling that "dry" fermentation is perhaps better.
Which one is dry fermentation?
Nice work bro but as for me i don't do fermentation, All i do everday is mix with little bit of Garlic water or alovera my growers chicks love that since day 1.
