I love connor and really hate that he struggles so much with anxiety, it was the most genuine "thank you" ive ever hear when his date touched his shoulder to help him feel more at ease and understood, he seemed so worried he was blowing it and just that gesture changed his body language in a split second
What you call anxiety is probably an autistic meltdown. That’s what happens when a situation overwhelms us. Mostly due to something unexpected. We need to do things to soothe ourselves.
@@Argeaux2yep well said, I’ve been diagnosed with Generalised Anxiety Disorder and PTSD, my gf has trauma and Bipolar issues, and they manifest quite differently to that meltdown (at least to me). Who knows though, could be way off.

Yes I agree we all need love. as full human beings, I do hope they are also given appropriate sex education, as part of life skills. The parents aren’t going to be there forever.
I get it, my kids are not autistic, and those same feelings are huge, wondering if, when and who they will have a love connection with. I absolutely adore tanner 🥰 He is such a kind and caring person. Abby and David have the sweetest relationship. I love them together. David really knows how to spoil his girl. I’d feel anxious around conners mom. I’m sure she means well but she’s the kind of person that gives me anxiety and I notice Conner is very anxious so I feel for him. Oh and I was also so touched by that moment when Conner held his dates hand and felt uncomfortable and tried to overexplain it. When she put her hand on his shoulder it was just such a sweet gesture and he felt comforted 🥰
It’s sooo hard being on the spectrum and it just made me feel so much more at peace to see this. My first relationship was with a nuerotypical person and the shame of being misunderstood follows me everywhere. Love my people.
This show had me smiling from start to finish with some very comical moments. My heart feels for all of them. I hope they all find the true happiness they deserve. Just beautiful
I love Tanner, he just seems like such a sweetheart. It was so awesome the way he implemented the advice from the dating coach, he did such a great job. I also loved seeing Abby and David still together, they seem to really understand each other and meet each other's needs. Some people never truly learn this.
The hand on the shoulder is great. I am a counselor and work with couples and the ability to connect without words is very important. To help calm our nervous system.
I was SO proud of Connor on his first date with Emily. His communication skills showed so much improvement and you could feel his bravery and determination to show her a good time. She doesn't emote much with facial expressions (common autism trait) so that would have made it difficult for Connor to know if she was enjoying herself, but he didn't let doubt take over and really took the lead. I think she was so sweet not to write him off after the speed dating incident and didn't hold it against him. She's shy but you can feel her kindness and empathy.
There's something in their voice intonation and flow of conversation that makes me feel like it's a sitcom. Just goes to show how spectacular their personalities are. I love them already!
No one commenting about Dani and that beautiful moment where her aunt skillfully noticed she was trying to hide her feelings and gently drew them out. 💓
My favorite are David and Abby, the singing and appreciating each other. They went from struggling to find love, to becoming couple goals for everyone.
I love the holding of hands and the intensity Conner feels. Abbey and David are the cutest with their lists and singing. Tanner's animal lists are the best.
I SO SO LOVE THIS- being one the spectrum and struggling with socializing has been a big problem for me- this gives me hope, watching this gives me a glint of a light at the end of the tunnel- I enjoy new ppl but I have social anxiety out the wazoo! So watching how these kiddos conquer it really peps me up!
I loved getting a glimpse at how truly special Tanner is. It quickly became clear to me that his sister about him in the beginning wasn't just a bias comment made by a loved one.. it's so true
I can't watch this show because every moment is so wholesome and makes me cry. I'm bawling through the whole episode every time and it's exhausting lol
I am just so in love with this show!! It's so pure, and I'm learning so much about autism. This show does a fantastic job of educating as well as entertaining.
It unfortunately only depicts the over the top kind though, like Rain Man. I don't like that about it. The Good Doctor is a better show that depicts autism better. Not everyone with autism is outwardly noticable or talks funny or has never dated or has a loving family that babies them and shelters them and keeps them like a child. *sigh* I was having sex at 14.
This program does a good job of showing people the diversity and the reality of people on the spectrum. I certainly had misconceptions before watching all the episodes from previous seasons. I expect some may think this is an exploitation, and I can understand why, but I think there is more of a positive message here.
Just finished the 2nd season and found myself crying when Abby and David were having their moment and how David made her dreams come true. You can feel the love and see the love they have. ❤ The most wholesome show ever. My heart explodes and I love it. 🥰
When I thought it couldn't get any cuter.. the lion king duets took.. took it to a level of preciousness.. In that moment I feel the feeling the The grinches heart start growing.. a level of sweet that was unexplainable..

When David wants the candy bowl to be filled with only the candy he likes and then lists every single candy known to man 😂
I absolutely adore tanner 🥰 He is such a kind and caring person.
That was my favorite part too‼️😭😭😭😭😭
Tanner is actually the best, such a sweetheart 😭❤️
It’s sooo hard being on the spectrum and it just made me feel so much more at peace to see this. My first relationship was with a nuerotypical person and the shame of being misunderstood follows me everywhere. Love my people.
abbey and david singing together has me SOBBING. i love them so much and im so happy and proud of them ❤🥰
Yes.. who knew they could get so cute..
Tanner is like the human version of a golden retriever. I love him so much❤
I love Connors voice and choice of words ❤
He says out loud what every guy thinks, but doesn't say. Definitely a cool dude
Her "thank you" after he kissed her was so sweet
*Kisses him* "thank you." Ya'll.... So dang precious!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ And Tanner. What an angel. So kind and polite. He's simply adorable. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
These are some of the sweetest humans.
There's something in their voice intonation and flow of conversation that makes me feel like it's a sitcom. Just goes to show how spectacular their personalities are. I love them already!
Dani and Abbey both have the sweetest voices and are so animated like Disney Princesses.
No one commenting about Dani and that beautiful moment where her aunt skillfully noticed she was trying to hide her feelings and gently drew them out. 💓
Tanner is the biggest sweetheart! "Do u think jelly fish r made of jelly "? This programme is amazing .. 👏
Tanner is the most gentle soul!
My favorite are David and Abby, the singing and appreciating each other. They went from struggling to find love, to becoming couple goals for everyone.
I want to be Connor’s friend right now. 😭
I love the holding of hands and the intensity Conner feels. Abbey and David are the cutest with their lists and singing. Tanner's animal lists are the best.
We need endless seasons of Love on the Spectrum
I SO SO LOVE THIS- being one the spectrum and struggling with socializing has been a big problem for me- this gives me hope, watching this gives me a glint of a light at the end of the tunnel- I enjoy new ppl but I have social anxiety out the wazoo! So watching how these kiddos conquer it really peps me up!
oh poop i already commented... DANG!
I freaking Love Tanner he is such a good dude.
abbey is SO CUUUUUTE god i just want to be her friend and talk about animals with her all day.
She has her own You Tube Channel under her name.
I love abbey and David ❤️ but tanner filled my heart this season. He’s just so sweet and happy!
Tanner really is. ❤
I loved getting a glimpse at how truly special Tanner is. It quickly became clear to me that his sister about him in the beginning wasn't just a bias comment made by a loved one.. it's so true
Abbey’s “thank you” after kissing her bf is so funny 😂 love her
I can't watch this show because every moment is so wholesome and makes me cry. I'm bawling through the whole episode every time and it's exhausting lol
I am just so in love with this show!! It's so pure, and I'm learning so much about autism. This show does a fantastic job of educating as well as entertaining.
Much better than the previous iteration on Channel 4 (The Undateables… can’t even believe that was what the show was called)
*sigh* I was having sex at 14.
shane gillis just made me cry at 9am on a weekday. This show does rule and all of you are awesome. That shoulder pat at the end was beautiful.
This program does a good job of showing people the diversity and the reality of people on the spectrum. I certainly had misconceptions before watching all the episodes from previous seasons. I expect some may think this is an exploitation, and I can understand why, but I think there is more of a positive message here.
I love the dating coach, too. She is amazing! ❤
Im going to cry. I don't know why. I just.. I love them. Each one. Thanks for putting me on. Will be binging immediately
I cried a bit when Dani started crying.
I hate her and she doesn’t deserve love
You know what Abbey & David together truly represent LOVE. Gosh, I wish this the BEST
❤❤❤❤
Tanner is the sweetest soul 🥹❤️
This show touched my heart so much. They guys are so genuine.
This show is another reason I *hate* being autistic.
Genuine genetically and neurologically malformed spoiled brats.
