Yes, Lariat trim allows for a bench configuration if that's your preference.

With the Ultimate Package, add another $10k or so. Ridiculous. Inventories are piling up on lots all over the U.S. Dealers are running out of people stupid enough to mortgage a depreciating asset.

I would refrain from getting a diesel unless you actually need the torque. All mfg diesel are prone to early failures that could derate the engine because of EPA regulations and complex design. The Godzilla engine would be a better choice for medium-duty applications.
