Instead of the rag in the vice, just mill up some delrin vice jaws. Just was easy on the powder coat and cleaner when having tours going through the shop. Could also have quick jaws made up for specific parts so it’s oriented the same way every time. Helps when making assembly instructions for when people step in to help when it’s a busy time.

Good content. Suggestion? Instead is using a tap on a hole that is already threaded, suggest to use a thread chaser or thread cleaner. They do not cut material or cut as much. The more a tap/die is used, the more it cuts the hole or shaft. Just an idea.

I just have the feeling that collet is going to Fdf the vette soon. Time for some bright purple or pink powder coat. She can probably give you the prismatic color number. ✌️

Powder coat on the back end of the hole is basicly "pre installed locktite"

While the pre-ship prep is all fascinating (not really), what makes an LZ spec, an LZ spec kit? What is the difference? Thank you in advance. 👍

Daang we think it's cool. Anyways, to answer your question. Adam is running our E36 knuckles with our E46 lowers. That is not something we offer right now, but after his testing may be an option to purchase. Also, the custom color powder coating.

Do you know the reasoning for this? Best I can see online is that e46 (factory) control arms are longer than e36, meaning wider track/more camber. Since your e36 kit already pushes the track width wider, this seems a bit strange, and would result in more KPI? I would've liked to hear more details in the video, but maybe only if it actually works.

Yea put that color into production. And like a military green. Not gonna lie i want the fdf upper arm for the z but voodoo has a military green color that keeps me on the fence just cause the color. But there prices. I can get a spare set of bc coils just for the upper arms 😢
