What her critics fail to realize is the amount of trauma, emotional/psychological issues, or flat out physical abuse one must have endured in order to gain over 400 lbs. No one content, well-rounded, and mentally stable will over eat to the point of no return because "food tastes good" or simple laziness. I am so happy that she found herself again and is slowly healing.

Since then, I assume the breathing tube eventually became a rock bottom that finally helped to fully motivate her to reach her goal for surgery.

I think her family needs to be acknowledged for the years of heartache they went through to support her to this point. While there were times where they likely contributing to the problem by giving into her demands, they still were there when she needed them the most.
I think she has lost about 200 lbs which is great and having a man who loves her no doubt has helped in her journey. Just wish she would quit using those crazy filters on Instagram because they don't look like her at all.
