Another fantastic weekly vegan grocery haul with prices from Tesco Butcher to Vegan. I find that my Tesco grocery hauls are viewed more than when I do hauls from Lidl or Aldi. Love 🥰 the video and love ❤ Butcher to Vegan.
Thank you for your kind words. I think Tesco is the most popular supermarket hence. You should get more views in theory. I don’t think it hurts your channel to mix it up from time to time. Honestly doing 95% of my food shops only from one makes me feel like ground hog day sometimes. Thank you for your comments. I tend to watch your videos on my TV so don’t comment sorry 🙏
@@butchertovegan9158it was the Quorn pasty, I think I've seen them in your videos before but when I saw it in this one I started craving a pasty 😂 so I will be trying that this week.
I agree. Most supermarkets are getting rid of vegan stuff and replacing it with vege and that's got egg and milk in it. If we like a vegan food item we will buy it no matter how much it costs. Another good haul 👌
Thank you, unfortunately yes it seems to be their way of thinking at the moment. Then they will introduce a few new items for Christmas then boom. They will be all in for veganuary. 🙁
Thanks for sharing your latest food shop. It is quite worrying that vegan products are becoming fewer in some supermarkets :( But it's great that you're picking your own blackberries for the strudle, make the most of nature's bounty :)
Natures harvest is amazing. I could have picked some chicken of the woods the other day. Decided not to as I wouldn’t have used it in time. Somebody else might have taken some 🙂
I buy the 1kg bags of oats from lidl or adli, which are under £1 I think. I get through loads so have been really happy to discover these. And the packaging is paper, so an added bonus, for me.
Vegan range in most of the supermarkets is inconsistent. As you say you find something you like and then it disappears off the shelf. Love your videos❤️
So funny how people remember what you've said in previous vlogs and quote it back to you if they think you're contradicting yourself! (Tbh I remember stuff like that too... 🤪)
Bananas, carrots and the unsweetened soya milk are unchanged in price, and still very reasonable. Literally EVERYTHING else is going up, sometimes almost every week it seems. I can still get all the things I like in my Tesco, including the Higgidy quiche, thankfully! But I think the market is flooded with products at the moment and possibly more people are now trying to eat whole food plant based, for health and cost effectiveness. There's also been a bit of a backlash against veganism, which is really depressing. Hence why Quorn is making some of its vegan products veggie.
It frustrates me when you get something you like and then it’s gone the next week and only seems to be vegan food that they do this with oomph meatballs are really nice from Iceland and cheap to
I agree with ur comment on veggie food taking over ..makes me so annoyed..my kenco plant sachets are gone. No coffee sachets at all for vegans other than the plain coffee but no vegan milk in them.i like them for popping in my bag ..or just day to day at home..like u say give afew months n itll be christmas vegan stuff n then of course the veganuary bits n thats where they cater for us ..its a joke..

Thanks for sharing I wish the puff pastry was gluten free I never can find them anywhere the pizza looks really good ❤
Yes, that loaf is one of the best!
Well I will have to give it a good score I guess 🙂

Good price for the potatoes, which I also bought this week.
Made some great homemade chips in the air fryer tonight
Hope we get to see your home made strudel! 👨🍳🍏🥧
I might make a crumble instead and use the puff pastry for a pie probably with mushrooms. Any thoughts ?

I will pop into Aldi and check thank you 🙂🙏
I've noticed the vegan range is going down in most supermarkets. Flahavans organic jumbo oats are the best...takes a bit longer to cook but no dust!
By going down I didn't mean in price!! The range is being reduced.
Yes I was looking at these in Tesco today. I have had before and know they are good. I went for quantity over quality today in insight

Yes unfortunately Quorn seem to be back tracking at the moment. Higgidy vegan quiche isn’t being stocked at my usual Tesco I did ask 🙁

During lockdown oomph had an amazing pizza in Tesco. It disappeared and I have never seen it again 🙁
@@butchertovegan9158 yes I’m sure they had more than just meatballs to but can’t seem to find any other items anywhere

Puff pastry is REALLY fiddly and time-consuming to make. I think I've only done it once, in domestic science lessons 45 years ago!
That’s once more than me I think. Honestly can’t ever remember making it
