Im back and at it after shoulder injury from an accident. Feel no pain other than the brutality of the workout. Good warm up, now it's assualt bike intervals, Pelo Row, steps and sauna. Keep em coming!!
All of your workouts are fantastic. I love that they are highly effective in a compact amount of time--love compound movements! I have noticeable results from your workouts. Gone are the days of thinking that we need to workout for an hour--at least! 40 minutes is about my maximum attention span. :)

Cervical spine surgery two weeks ago, and no Daniel's training for almoust three weeks. God I've missed this. Weights of course were minimal but sweating is new black!❤😂😊
Hello, thank you very much for your videos, they are very good, could you please provide us with exercise routines with weights for beginners and for people over 50 years of age. We appreciate that they are without jumps, we want to avoid joint injuries, we do not want to hurt our knees, our ankles and shoulders with high impact exercises.
