I also wanted a tune where I wasnt over fueling way too much, could be why. I just started a tare down of the engine yesterday cuz I blew the head gasket. I port matched and polished the head I port matched a PD150 Intake manifold for it Over sized exhaust and intake valves dual valve springs Stage 2 colt cam ASV pistons with oil galleys Still havent decided fully on connecting rods, but probably IE H-beam rods. ARP headstuds Large oil cooler Kerma FMIC Custom Ram Air box mod I will dyno again once all this work is done.
Its on the wastegate actuator. If its factory turbo the wastegate should be right ON the turbo, its 2nuts(the second is for locking the first) juste turn one side or the other, you should not do this without boost gage or air gage.
If you have an ALH, I call bullshit. The stock injectors are done around 120-130 whp. The injectors are done at this point followed by the stock turbo which can NO way hit 200 whp.
God that is such a disappointing result. These cars fight power like nobody's business. spend a few grand for 60 hp and all the parts to hold it because everything was only built for 90 hp? FML lol I mean I love my TDi, and its a fun car to drive, but these cars will NEVER be fast lol what a shame
what a shame? put your helmet back on and get back to the asylum. these cars are made for fuel economy first and foremost. go find a bugatti veyron dyno and comment "what a shame, this thing only gets 6mpg"

I find that pretty hard to believe. Stock nozzles don't really push that much fuel. Got dyno charts to prove it?

TheBevis593 Joe's 02 was 560whp ans 988 ft-lbs. They can be fast, and I now have done a lot more to this car to soon add a larger turbo. =)

318 ft/lbs of torque is not exactly disappointing. That will rival most SBCs. This car is probably a riot as a daily driver.
