      smallyme33 thanks! Last time I was out I hit a few rocks.. and now there is a few big dents in my base.. is there a way to repair that?

    • @danieljohnson177
      @danieljohnson177 7 лет назад +1

      Timmy Misiura Kevin posted a video on repairing his board basically u clean the bottom of the snowboard off then cut out the part of the board that was damaged just like the edges of the gash and fill it in with some stuff I forget the name u can look it up then once it dries re wax the board and u r good to go

    Should I get 139 cm or 145 cm ?
    -It's my second season
    -I weigh 120 lbs
    -Prefer a smaller board
    I'm afraid that the 139 will be too small and the 145 will be too big...

    • @aphorton6
      @aphorton6 8 лет назад

      This will be my 3rd season snowboarding, and I can say that when I was more beginner it was a lot more comfortable riding a smaller board, but you quickly outgrow it. Get the larger board because as you get better, you want a board that will allow a higher skill cap. (faster, better for powder, longer effective edge etc.) You will quickly get used to the longer board, just takes time. Hope my personal opinion/experience helps!

      @Daniel-oz5dm 8 лет назад +1

      I kind of disagree with this one, I don't see how going off the side instead of onto the rail affects anything. The whole spirit of freestyle snowboarding is using things as features however you want. Carving hard on them and making them rutted or icy I understand of course

    • @s_s_d_d_33
      @s_s_d_d_33 8 лет назад +9

      the issue is that most of the people that go over the lips r beginners, this results in them not poping off the lips right and making them flat and rounded. thus making it unsufficent to pop off of on to a rail. Not saying all beginners do this, but a shit ton of them do.

      Spencer Faber makes sense its the kids that just ride over them

    EVERYONE NEEDS TO SEE THIS BEFORE GOING TO THE PARK. I nearly decapitated a kid the other day. He was sitting next to the jump (he was a safe distance away). He got up right as I went over the jump. Instead of turning away from the landing area he went right into it. I went to land and had to move mid-air (still landed it lol) and missed him by inches. Yelled to him that you never turn into the landing area. So many people come flying into the small park at my mountain. They cut people off right before features without saying anything.

      Jessica Rabbit those ppl are the worst or when u drop in from the top or entrance to the terrain park and some random guy sitting 5 feet from the jump just randomly gets up and tries to hit the jump and blocks u

    you would think there'd be a lower concentration of jerry's at a terrain park in the summer...
