    A really wonderful video.... You are so very knowledgeable... and have a super way of delivering information... You delivery feels very benign and benevolent and non-egotistical.... I say this because I've had a chance to listen to all kinds of people delivering information........ and it is astonishing to see how many are not very good at it..... and worse... In my view... you are among the very best. Also, your choice of topics addresses the pressing needs of very many people. Overall........ I give you 5 stars.......... THANK YOU! Please carry on... Infinite blessings.............

    Great video. I have had a long. Style with slow digestion, constipation and bloating from carbs. Do you suggest I have gee in hot water every morning or through out the day also. Shay diet is best? At the moment I am eating high fat low carb mainly cooked carrots and squash. Was going to do bone broth for a week

      hi john, i would suggest you try it and see how it works for you. if your constipation, etc is caused by dryness in the GI tract it should help. if your constipation, etc. is caused by dryness in the GI tract AND difficulty digesting fats (dry gallbladder), you may or may not see any benefit. To help resolve both these issues, i would do the ghee drink but add some spices. it could be really simple...like drinking ginger tea through the day.

    Thank you for the information. Is it hurtful to ingest a little bit of ghee every day? I cook with it and am wondering if I am hurting myself with this fat. Thank you for your time. I just subscribed!

      well..ghee is a very healthy fat with many antioxidants and health related compounds. my only concern would be if the person had a lot of toxicity in their body or high kapha. by your picture you don't appear to have either but it is hard for me to tell for sure.

    I seem to have difficulty with larger amounts of ghee, would it be alright to have a smaller amount of ghee each morning for a longer time? I am vata-pitta....maybe even taking a ts of ghee every morning might be a good idea?

      thanks Monica, did I miss in the video how much a person is to take each day, is it 2 tbs for the amount of days that relate to your body?

    • @MonicaYearwoodResilientForLife
      @MonicaYearwoodResilientForLife  7 лет назад +2

      usually start off with 1-2 tsp in 1 cup hot water or tea. increase the amount of ghee (but not the amount of water) by a certain amount of days. a general protocol would be 5-days. so on day one, drink 1 cup with 1 tsp ghee. increase ghee by 1 tsp each day for 5 days.

      Perfect :) Do you think a protocol like this would be helpful for gastritis?
