SSD is 3 years from exercising of option not from completion. Therefore appreciation is faster as owners can start selling :) Executive condos must wait 3 years to build + 5 years MOP, that will be 8 years of your life before you can start selling.

How do you determine the breakdown prices of each development from the land price in general as the numbers keep changing as it ranges from $460psf to more than $600psf. What would be a good accurate way to determine the breakdown price of each project? Btw, good videos and thumbs up.

This area don’t have 1km to good school and not near mrt. Depends on your budget cos there are many better ones
