Worked for me. However because of the close proximity of the intake manifold on the 12.7 detroit it was facing the engine block, basically the regulator was upside down compared to yours, with very little room to work with so I had to remove it from the compressor and adjust it. only two bolts hold it on. Not hard. Thanks for the info about which way to turn it. It saved some trial and error.
Sometimes my shit will wrap back around to zero when it's got high condensation from running in and out of 70 degree building all day and it being zero degrees out side my stupid air governor and pop off valve both freeze up it's a little butttt puckering when it does that
My secondary, which is the front needle (green) doesnt go over 100psi just the orange one my primary goes up to 120psi, any idea what my problem might be
No days In California anyway You can't get a Governor that's adjustable,,They cut off the bolt and spot weld the nut ....so we're stuck wherever it's at..
Changed my air dryer and my pressure went up to 145psi. I knew it was easy to adjust but needed your quick video to refresh my memory. Thanks!
Thank you because I didn’t know how to adjust it

Thank you sir i sure needed this info thanks for knoledge👍
Thank you for your help God bless you all
Thank you very much
Great video, so just to be clear, you turn the screw clockwise to lower the pressure..?👍🧡
Thank you very much..
Thank-you very much... I appreciate it..
135 psi is for b-trains and belly dumps and 120 for normal use
My shit sits at 145-150 I like lots o air

What’s a b-train and what’s a belly dump ? Thanks 😊
Thank you very helpful video
Fucking great video man! Thanks for taking the time to share the knowledge 🙏 straight and to the point.
Must be a dumb ass trucker
Thanks bud for the info, greatly appreciated!
Very helpful ! Thank you very much !
Is this only for the Tractor. I a not getting air to the trailer and all the valves are fine. At least to what I can see
Thank-you
What do you mean you screw in you mean right or left?
That's what I was looking for , mine started to act stupid and opens the release valve at 105- 110 psi.
thanks that really helped!
My secondary, which is the front needle (green) doesnt go over 100psi just the orange one my primary goes up to 120psi, any idea what my problem might be
Check valve between your primary and secondary tanks might be bad.
Thx. Mine 150. Better go down. Blow the truck up
Because my pressure is at 140 and it stays that way it won’t go below 140
Does anyone know the name of this part?
Air compressor governor
can a bad air governor cause the compressor to not build any air at all ?
yes. and as cheap as they are, (aftermarket 20 bucks, but go for Bendix) that would be the first thing to change.

You went the wrong direction on your air turn. You shouldn't have gone clockwise
How do you take the top off the governor?
Good video... I driving a freightliner cascadia, and it's going 135..and I don't like it, thanks u...
Thank you
