I bought these same headlights over the summer but returned them because it looked like the access to the bulbs was in different locations. It seemed like it would be harder if I needed to change the bulbs. I’ve tried a bunch of different LED bulbs looking for ones that don’t cause errors. I didn’t want to have a hard time replacing them. Did you keep the regular halo bulbs? You never turned on the lows or highs in your video.
Good video and helpful but... If all goes well it MAY be as easy as this video makes it appear. This is no small task to put these in. A few thoughts from me after I spent the whole weekend installing in my sons 2013 3 series: First (if you are also simultaneously installing HID Xenon ballasts and bulbs) the Depos do not come with adapters to hold the new Xenon bulbs in the low beam projector. I made my own holder with heavy gauge wire to hold in place I as couldn't wait to order the adapter. That was issue#1. Issue # 2 was the high beam halogen bulb is very difficult to get seated properly in the high bean reflector as the access whole is so small. Issue #3 was all four of the lower screws holding the old halogens were frozen solid. After much trying and finally stripping screws all had to be cut off with a Dremel saw. Once the depos are installed you may have to adjust various bolts on cars front end if you have gaps that are greater than what you want between depos and body of the car. I have to say they come on great with no flicker, no error codes and they look great (used the Xenon HIDS X3s). This job is not as easy as "plug and play" as I see sometimes advertised. I'm a decent weekend mechanic and this was a royal pain in the rear to do. If you have the extra $$ have a mechanic install.

This is the only retro fit mod that makes sense to me. People spend thousands on lesser model cars retro fitting Navi, tachometer, M sport kit, 1 grand steering wheels... Headlights transform the front of this car.

Hi, I installed the led in my stock 2013 328i xdrive, i didn’t change the whole stock assembly but modified it to led angel eyes. The issue i’m facing is condensation is observed following heavy rainy day or sudden drop in the temperature. I know they look amazing! And no, my DRL's were turned off. The DRL mode turns off the amber turn signals and makes the angel eyes much brighter so they can be seen better in the day..

Be sure not to wash your car for 2 weeks or else condensation gets inside the headlights, the headlights need to adjust to the housing, this is off the usr website, the turn signal bulb also has issues but this can be fixed with the OEM bulb holder and OEM bulb, the halogens that come with this are slightly yellow but the H7 Philips diamond vision 5000k is a pure white light with a hint of blue and will match with the LED angel eyes, you also have to adjust the beam pattern once installed so you can see on the road

After about 6 months of using these on my f30 i get the front signal malfunction errors from time to time. I changed them a couple times the last 3-4months. It seems like after I put on new turn signal bulbs they dont last very long and the malfunction errors start showing up again. You ever get the errors? Which front turn signal bulbs are you using? Thanks.
Flip Coin you'll need to push out the prongs in the turn signal housing and on the bulbs . It's a easy fix use a flat head screw driver to pry it out so it has better contact. This was an issue and kies motorsport made a vid about it u can look it up.

Did you buy the Morimoto HID Conversion kit? If not, what are you using for bulbs? thinking of using H7 LED's. Morimoto HID looks super complicated.

My F30 makes the same noise when it starts. Did you ever run into issues with the timing chain or did you have them changed shortly after this video?
