This episode is at least 14 years old....I remember seeing the date on it a long time ago, but can't remember the precise month and year....so most of those goats are long dead.
But both women are/were idiotic foolish, the OCD one for wearing plastic bags rather than gloves, and the goat woman just for that, letting goats/animals (of any kind at all) take over her house, turning it into a literal barn.

No. She very clearly said she'd never had anyone on whom to put her attention nor to give unconditional love to, so no, she was not, never was, married nor had a boyfriend/relationship.
This episode is from around 2014, possibly earlier. I remember seeing the date some years ago, but don't remember exactly what it was. It's at least ten years old, though, so the goats would all be dead by now...and hopefully, she's not "rescuing" anymore of them unless she bought herself a proper farm.
