I was also suffering from ocd but now I can say that 90 percent of it was due to my low vitamin d3 and b12 levels and I was suffering from fear (which is caused by low vitamin d3 in my case) then it leads to the cycle of ocd which gets stronger with time and low b12 or b complex also plays major role in occurrence of ocd because neurotransmitters can’t work properly

Sir mai ek hi cheez (family,relationship,academics etc.) repeat krta rehta hu baar baar aur vo cheez mujhe baar baar pareshan krti hai aur mai fed up ho jaata hu....roz koi na koi nyi cheez pareshan krti hai..baar baar sochta rehta hu us cheez ke baare mei jiski vjh se kbhi kbhi mai time waste kr deta hu sochne mei hi ..ek jagh dekhke sochta rehta hu... Jb mai meditation krta hu to ek do din ke liye theek rehta hu but do teen din baad fir pareshan ho jaata hu ..koi new topic aa jaata hai mere mind mei chahe vo girlfriend se ldaai ho ya family se related kuch ho... Sir can you please make vidio on how to regain lost confidence due to negative belief or ocd or intrusive thoughts.I try to make my mind understand that every thing is right and I willl be come out of these intrusive thoughts but my mind creates doubt.how to clear my mind and move on.please do make vedio on this topic because it has made my life hell🙏
I can understand this. See your Confidence will surely come back after you control your OCD. As I have told in my other videos , We cannot cure OCD by giving Logic to our mind (You can watch my video posted on 28th Dec to understand this better- "Reason why your OCD is not getting cured "). Have you tried doing ERP (Exposure Response Prevention) with your therapist or by yourself? That will surely help you. I will also be making a video on ACT ( acceptance and commitment therapy) which is also very efficient in treating OCD. You can try that too - It will surely help you to control your OCD. Also , you can try mindfulness meditation - That will help you bring mental peace. I know OCD is a very painful disease. But be strong and keep trying :) - Best of Luck Rajwinder
Thanks for replying me sir.I have not consulted to any therapist till now and I don't practice any therapy by myself.I watch some phycologist and phycatrist's vedios. I am an upsc aspirant but due to these unwanted thoughts I am not able to focus on my studies .that is why I am very depressed.I have totally lost my confidence.earlier I was very confident girl.even I have completed my upsc syllabus by self study but now from few months I am not able to concentrate on my studies.my mind is always puzzled with these unwanted thoughts . actually I am very sensitive girl that's why I have trapped in theses intrusive thoughts but I have known everything about these but still my confidence is not coming.my mind is always in fear.it crates doubt that "if these thoughts will come again then ".I only think like that.negative imagination about future.sir please make a vedio to increase confidence

But if this affecting you 24*7 , I will recommend to either go to a therapist and if you can't , You should Try ERP or ACT therapy (I have made a video on ERP). Without therapy , you will just be caught in Intrusive thoughts.Please understand that YOU CAN'T CURE OCD JUST WITH LOGIC OR RATIONAL THINKING. So please do these therapies & Hopefully you will achieve your dream.
