This... is impressive. The modders are evolving. The rollercoaster event alone is so impressive. It has a lot of polish. It's so well thought out. I am so glad you promoted this. I wouldn't have known about it otherwise.

LOL, the little vehicles do look like the Jetson's vehicles and I watched it when it was first broadcast. Thanks for the look at the mod. Wish I could use mods like this, but I have terrible vertigo and I get sick trying to do the quests in both FO4 and Skyrim with their very realistic high places. I hate clearing the car factory towers and dread the BOS quests that involve the Prydwyn and vertibirds.
Also the floating islands reminded me of a 2003 game called "There" a social test game for Metaverse. Too bad you can't ride the Jetson Cars, I loved that show. Creating the Ride path was cool, I'd like to learn how to do that.
That floating island with the waterfall has to be a reference to Mist, the Jetson jalopy was what it looked like. At 6:44 where you mentioned warp speed could have been a reference to 2001: a space odyssey. I need to watch this again and check out the mod to see how many Easter eggs can be found. Thanks for highlighting this mod.
Ever since the short Easter Egg encounters with the Aliens in New Vegas and Fallout 4 I have wanted to get more than a brief glimpse and a neat space blaster. This mod author has outdone themselves. I can see some definite little throwbacks to New Vegas rocket factory, Star Trek and The Jetsons etc so I expect that this one will be loads of fun. (For those who knew the show how many of you hear Astro the talking dog saying "I Rowv you George" whenever somebody says The Jetsons?). Your mention of the Aliens being less about establishing First Contact and more about Galactic Domination rings true whenever you meet them in Fallout but even if we cannot bond in Universal Harmony and peaceful co-existence I will happily use their stuff after we settle our differences by fighting to the death like civilized beings.
With place anywhere mod you could build in the unbuildable areas, and in that bathroom area you could use CWSS Redux mod, you could add workable toilets, and showers.

You really have to have a vision to as to what you want it to look like to get the most of the build shells. I think it's a refreshing addition from the 1950s & 1960s. It gives me UFO series vibes. I can't wait for them to put in a Seaview sub, too. LOL And by the way, Star Trek: Strange New Worlds is off the charts good, Feb!!!!!
I so wish I had found this before I rebuilt Sunshine Tidings Co-op a couple weeks ago. I turned it into a trailer park. Now I'm going to have to disassemble it, because I want this so bad!
Lol in this playthrough I built a trailer park underneath it! You might not need to disassemble everything! I tell you, this mod is worth it for the weapons alone - apart from the fun of it and all the features:)
I think the flaming wood you teleported to is the original alien ship crash site from the main game. (You see it wizz overhead if you're very lucky). It's near Oberland Station I think. It's worth exploring that area if you haven't. Mini spoiler alert...... Follow the alien blood trail. As for those those fuzzy textures, I get that sometimes if I've just got too many textures loaded. It might not be that of course, and might be a deliberate alien design thing.👽
Seem to be stuck in the command ship, can't move past clearing a few aliens. There are a number of locked doors with no way to unlock them. Nevermind, I found it. Okay the back story is nice, the home is ace, this place is kick ass, 100% kick ass, as is your video feb.
The low-rez walls kinda' bummer, but the concept and architectural design is very cool. Surely you can find the Jetsons on some streaming service - you only need one episode!
The low res walls is probably a result of her texture memory being full and the engine drawing on the lower res version from the mip maps. Best solution is to keep most of your textures 2k or less unless the object it is mapped to takes up a large amount of screenspace (i.e. cliff walls, etc.). Or, alternately, more video memory.
It would go without saying that this would be a good way to get away from the rest of the world for a while, and somewhat literally in this case. But you'd probably want to bring your own food, I can't imagine the paste would be too enjoyable. Although the look could be deceiving, perhaps it's the best thing ever?

My biggest disappointment concerning this mod is no one did a settlement build video here. You should know with a gunslinger build this mod makes you nearly unstoppable. 4000 + alien rounds and 1000 biopaste makes you the baddest person in the commonwealth. Oh BTW the mod author has at least one other mod like this! If you like I could give you a small list of dlc type mods I enjoyed. There's also a couple of Doctor who & Star Trek mods. The star trek mods are smallish though.

I did actually after I finished the video - omg I'd have loved that when I was a kid! Shame we didn't have it here:(
