I used to get a yucky stomach and then I found out about the creamers and the dietician I used to work with suggested I stop using it. I did and I noticed my stomach did feel better. I use half and half now. Your wreath is pretty and you found some cool things. Have a good night dear Ellen
Ellen, can you try going a week without using that toxic creamer crap and see if your stomach issues are any better? I know you say you don’t use much but when you use it everyday it mounts up. If you only seriously knew just how bad that stuff is you would be so shocked. What I have seen and read on the health channels they strongly advise not to use them. I firmly believe that is the cause of your stomach problems. So why not do a 7-10 day test? Just my honest opinion.

They also add bad additives which I have personally researched and each cancer-killing chemical and poisonous additive and am horrified that they are even allowed to be manufactured. Think of what they are doing to destroy your body organs and that alone should be enough to be rid of them forever. Even worse than most processed foods. Just plain natural milk 2% or whole milk in your coffee, nothing better than that. You use artificial flavored coffees which are alone bad enough and then the toxic flavored so-called “creamers” added to it. What is better than natural un-flavored coffee and pure milk. Sorry, I do not mean to harp on this subject and I will never mention it again, but only want you to live a long and healthy life with tons of energy. Stay blessed and enjoy your day.
I just finished my fall wreath, I get my wreath at goodwill & I take all the flowers off & do my flowers, I have gotten my wreaths for 2.99 , so that's a bargain. My mother loved fall & scarecrows.!!!😊

All Medicare patients, be very careful. Medicare covers an annual wellness visit, but not an annual physical exam visit. Research the difference and make sure your doctor doesn't do anything during the annual wellness visit that Medicare will classify as falling under an annual physical exam, or you will get the bill!

Your front door area looks really cute. I don't really decorate the outside of our home much. Went out to eat with my church ladies group today to a German Restuarant. It was fun but I spent quite a bit (but took most of it home to my husband). I got Schnitzel (pork) with potato pancakes, Hot German potato salad, 2 large pretzels with beer cheese and sauerkraut balls. It was all very good and I totally overloaded on carbs. LOL. So I get a Big Red X today but it was part of my Birthday Month Celebration. I had to go get 6 large round rolls of hay for the animals (our friend gives it to us) but my son had to help me haul it as my husband can't right now.

We've been doing good on a lower budget this summer. I did buy a couple of fall decorations. I made a dollar tree flower bouquet and ordered a new wreath for our door. The one we had was wore out. I'm working on a Halloween garland and pumpkin placemats using stuff I already had. It's fun and keeps me busy:)
Ellen, I am sure you don't want to hear this BUT the medicine you take seems to take care of your stomach issues. I know you don't like taking the medicine and I completely get that. But it if works and keeps you from having to go back to the doctor, why not take it on a regular basis to keep your stomach from acting up. I have acid reflux and I take medicine everyday and have for years and I have no trouble and my stomach doesn't act up. We all have to do what is best for us but hearing you talk about not wanting to go to the doctor made me think to say this. Care about you! Love your channel!
@@melissabarker2128 the medicine I'm prescribed is really bad for your bones and I already have osteoporosis. I'm looking for alternative medicines that don't have the bad side effects. I do take the medication when I have to but it still doesn't totally fix the problem. Even with the medicine my stomach still bothers me.

She refers me out if I have any concerns or if she thinks I need a referral for something specific. Don't feel I need more than what I have. I have never used my dehydrator. Once it's rehydrated I cook it in the microwave a few times in 1-2 minute increments and stir it in between until I get it to the texture I like, otherwise I find it's a little too mushy for my liking. You can also cook it in a pan to the texture you like before you add it to recipes. I've found these methods to work the best for me.

@@leelutz5479 whether you qualify for the food bank depends on your income not your spending habits. 3 dehydrators come in useful when I have a big batch of food to dehydrate at one time. We eat pizza fairly often and if you watched the video I also explained that I can use the oven if there's a power outage because it runs on propane like a grill. If your budget works for you keep doing what you're doing. I'll do the same.

I was going to get rid of my cadt iron pans cause they are too heavy but if I need to cook outdoors on a fire they would work.
