I found it really boring and annoying, I think "It's Always Sunny" did the same concept WAY better with two guys going to work someplace they don't really belong and the comedy that ensues.

Seinfeld always had the best actors even in small roles. The guy playing Kramer’s boss at the end has great deadpan delivery of the outrageous line “that’s what makes this so difficult”.
It’s amazing that along with Kramer getting a job, this episode (which is my favorite from the show) also includes Bizarro Jerry, the girl with the man-hands, and George discovering the forbidden model city - with all plot lines threaded neatly together in under 30 minutes. A true TV masterpiece.
He is the very definition of a “string bean” physique, though to be fair even somebody very muscular would probably be swept away by that mass of humanity.
