- Five hundred homes have flooded, another 500 have been isolated and about 9500 are without power across Victoria, Australia. Torrential rain has affected regional and metropolitan areas alike, including the Maribyrnong River in Melbourne’s northwest which has been one of the most impacted, with homes inundated with water. Here is a drone footage of the neighbourhood around Maribyrnong River. Authorities warn sodden catchments will mean weeks of flood risk. Evacuation orders are in place in some areas, please be safe everyone!

I drove through yea and molesworth today they are still flooded the paddocks around molesworth is just a swap river marsh what ever you wanna name it and with the more rain coming it will flood more

You could write a book today, it will be gone in a matter of time unless they keep printing it. You can build a house tomorrow, highly unlikely it will be there in 200 years. Always changing. We are in a cycle of massive changes. We have had many changes just in 100 years. And so it goes. A new era.
