That’s a taper lock pulley, you do not use a puller for removal! You use the bolts to push the center hub out, then the pulley falls right off😃
Did you ever make the part two of this 620 chipper bearing replacement? If so, where can I view it?

Moved a couple of thousandths? More like 3/16" or .188" should be the gap I would think, that's pretty typical.
