Cool utilization, I'll have fun messing with that. Kinda similar to a resonator, I can see some nice expansions on this idea with automations
For sure! Automation and m4l lfo would only take this further
I normally drop the vulf or rc-20 - vhs on my tracks for that warmness.... or any Tape or vinyl vst. But I notice a lot of midi have the lo-fi thing implemented already.
I enjoy using the decimort because it's like this sound but deep fried.
I also get this through most saturators... bpb, Saturn, waves abbey road, j37.
Had no idea it was achieved with a Live stock plugin though!

how do you create your visualizer?
I’m sorry, but this is a classic example of Ableton creating a really complicated device with buzzwords like “physical modeling“ to reproduce what is actually a simple effect, in this case ring flanging. Do people actually waste their time trying to get good sounds out of Tension and Collision?
