I am half japanese and the trick with the potato starch in the stock is exactly the way the japanese version (Harumaki) is made too, funny how food travels around the world. Now my question is, will they not come out a bit soggy when I finally fries them on Sunday because I noticed freezer adds more liquids to foods? I asked because I want to know how yours comes out after saving them in a freezer.
