Nice love those old F1 Fords ..that’s why I have three . Last time I went to the parts store I needed parts for a 68 Mustang , 74 Ford f100 , 66 ford Fairlane ..the guy looked at me and said man you got a lot of vehicles to work on ….I just smiled and said nope just one a 1950 Ford F1 ….gets a confused look every time. Great video
Hahaha, I'm sure they're always puzzled on that one!!!

Thank you sir, one of my favorites!!
Awesome truck.
Yes it is!! Thanks for watching!!
Hey Horsemen. Now that ended up to be one cool old truck. Yea, it's a pain trying to get parts for the old cars. These kids DON'T know SHIT. My 1954 Dodge Fargo was a pain for sure. The motor was out of a Chevy 69 Camaro. The trans 70 Pontiac Parisian, the rear end 93 GMC Jimmy. And the driveshaft had to be custom-made. Yea, it drives and stops. And Looks and drives Cool. Thanks for sharing. 🍁👍👍
That's a fact Andy!! Thank you very much sir!!
Bad to the bone indeed! Good job fellas!
Thank you very much amigo!!!
I see the problem now , the fuel pump arm needs to be inside the cab so you can pump it with your foot , that sucker was long. Lol,that is a cool truck, so are you guys, nice cruise into the sunset, talk to you soon brother’s
Thanks Mike!! No doubt that fuel pump arm is crazy!! It was a nice cruise for sure!!
Nice truck. Yee Haw!!
Thank you very much amigo!!
What a badass truck for a project. She needs a coyote and a lowering kit lol
Thank you very much my friend!! That would be awesome!!
I live 25 miles from the nearest auto parts store. I find if I don't have the old parts with me then it will be no less than three trips to the parts store before they get it right.
Yep I hear ya. Pain in the neck!!
Man that’s a cool truck great video 👍🏼take it easy mate’s 👍🏼🍺😎🇳🇿
Thank you very much my friend!!
I avoid the auto store problem on the engine in my Dart and tell them I need the part for the truck it came out of.
Yeah that's normally what we do. The problem is we don't know what this engine came out of. Thanks for watching amigo!!
I have a 48 ford truck and a 1960 Cadillac 390 that I plan on putting together...... You know.....some day.
Sounds like an awesome project!!!
Ford huh it's about time you guys figured out what's good
Hahaha, It's an awesome truck, but you know where my heart is!!!
My first rig was a 49 f-100. I got it for $50.00 cuz it wouldn't start. Turned the key and nothing. My wise father told me to check the wires going to starter. Bam! Old flathead started right up!
That's a great story!! Do you still have it?
@@IronHorseGarage unfortunately not. I got it when I was 15 in 1979. I sold it a couple years later. Back then all the hip cars were all over the place, cheap. That is one of them I always have referred selling the most. That and my 71 bronco......and 64 t-bird....I need to find a new old truck, haha
Yeah that's the way it goes sometimes. Thanks for sharing!!
Ah, gotta love the people at the auto parts store. That is one cool truck with a great patina. Now, take it to Barrett Jackson and get One Million Dollars for it.....Just say it's barn find...LOL
Hahaha haha, thank you sir!!!!
jeep transduecer lol! gitty up! gotta be a rear brake drum.
Hahaha, thanks for watching sir!!
What did Ford have against us? Why did they make a hood that only opens.... just enough to break your back while you're banging your head on it every 10 seconds.... lol.
Good looking Truck guys!
Yeah the Dodge hoods are nice because they open 90 degrees!!!
Cool truck! What location are you fixing it at? With all the cars and trucks in the background it looks like Heaven.
Hahaha, maybe the polar opposite....thanks Andy!!!
At Ford Motor Company...they circle the problem, hahahahahaha!
Hahaha, thanks for watching my friend!!
Always have to wonder why they are called "Bad Boys" or "Happy Campers"
Force of habit I guess!
Hey I have a hat just like that! 😎
Right on!!! I guess you're part of the gang!!
The valve covers and the thermostat being in the intake says this is a windsor family engine
Yes, I was incorrect. It is a Windsor.
@@IronHorseGarage yea , they had 3 different 351s and a 352, hard to keep up with all of them lol
I hear ya. But now I know. Thank you very much for watching!
I like that truck, good thing it has a Volare frame clip in it, so it’s ok for you guys to work on it. We have the same problem with parts sellers up here, I just make stuff up when I call. Thanks
Yes sir, real world problems...thank you Morgan!!!
Trying to entice the cow girls I see ;-) Good luck with that ;-)
Hahaha haha!!
@@IronHorseGarage ;-)
Hahahahahahaha!!!! Start with water! 😝
Now you tell me!!
She’s tinkling :-0
Yes sir, but we got er handled!!
@@IronHorseGarage yeah I saw that,…. Multiple times ;-)
22nd I win! 😆
@Mill Creek Fab Shop BLOCKED!
Yea the parts people just know how to read the computer screen haha
Yep, and the first thing they ask is what vehicle are you working on. I tell them it's irrelevant!!
@@IronHorseGarage that doesn’t follow community standards 😂
Hahaha haha!!
Parts people/person: 🤣🤣🤣🤣Of course they have engines in Cleveland Silly🤡🤡🤡🤡
Thnx👍💪🍻🦅🦅🦅🦅
Hahaha, yes sir!! Thanks for watching!!
I need a 7 inch round seal beam,… and they want to know,… Year make model???!!! Aaarrrrrrgggghhhhh :-0
Yeah, all of them!!!!
@@IronHorseGarage truth
Well it’s a Ford sooooo :-0
Hahaha!
@@IronHorseGarage ;-)
Does not sound good :-0
Sounds pretty good in person!!
@@IronHorseGarage I meant all the noise from the brake drum. Thought the darn thing was about to fall off for a while :-0
@Custommikes hahaha, yeah the brakes finally freed up!
