"...The planet desperately needs more peacemakers, healers, restorers, storytellers and lovers of all kinds.” ~ Dalai Lama Thank you, for this intense rendition of the Nigun, which elevates ones spirit and raises awareness for remembrance, peace and hope!!
It amazes me how many performances miss the mark of this sublime work; the only one that is truly inspired and magnificently played is that of LEONID KOGAN, and that one is with piano, not orchestra.
израиль плохо кончит за это, единственный ее правильный вариант было до диверсии еще.вытащить.а в дальнейшем за диверсии с нее спроситься пусть не волнуется.
@@eduardohny3714 I have to say his vibrato did sound a bit tight, and his bow strokes as well. In fact the whole performance just sounded tensed and tight. But he is a master, so he still had good sound and it was still beautiful. However, I have to agree, Schlomo Mintz has put forth better performances than this one.

Best performance of this peace
True passion! Awesome!
Puro y profundo sentimiento...
Bravo maestro
❤❤❤ Meraviglioso.
Tocas muito maestro, parabéns
I like the idea of an orchestral setting of the Nigun. But here it often tends to drown out the violin, especially during the most important climax,
The violin soloist is very hyper in high notes.

Ivry Gitlis too

I’ve always loved Perlman’s performance of this work. His frenetic vibrato beautifully suits the almost improvisatory character of this work!
до диверрсии

к сожалению, не совсем понимаю о какой диверсии вы говорите?
The idea of peace and hope is great but this is definitely not a good performance.
I wonder what makes it not a good performance?????
The honestly disgusting tuning. Solo part frequently almost a semitone out with the orchestra
