    Cooking food beforehand. Seems like a no brained but I never thought of that. We are still “no way we can go without full hookups” mindset

      I know, right!? It’s a life saver. We are definitely not avid boondockers yet, but doing it over a few weekends has been a wonderful way for us to ease into it a few days at a time.

      @@IntentionalAdventure This also helps show that you don't need a $20k solar set up to boondock a few nights here or there also.

      Thanks for the feedback. That definitely held us up thinking it would be expensive, but we were pleasantly surprised how easy it was to boondock that time of year with a small generator!
