Paul & Lynsey's Zoo Tour

We booked a weekend away to Chester with friends Dan and Danielle, and visited Blue Planet Aquarium on our way home.
The aquarium has some good exhibits, such as the shark tunnel (with moving walkway), coral cave and the amazing Aquatheatre - Be sure to watch the divers feeding the sharks and rays during their daily presentation. There's also small outside section with Dalmatian pelicans.
The aquarium has some nice species, but the highlight was the extremely active octopus. I've never seen such an inquisitive octopus, they're normally hiding.
If you're in the Chester area, Blue Planet Aquarium is worth a couple of hours visit.
