In my experience, I have seen a lot of people recover many things in the weeks and months following their strokes. It is very possible your vibrato can come back. If I were working with you toward that goal, the first thing I would suggest is a daily 5 min exercise: good breath in + use core muscles to support as you hum a sustained pitch. Take a fresh breath + repeat until the 5 min are up. This can help strengthen the relationship between your voice and the support it needs to function at it's best. Please let me know if you try it. I would do it 3x/day: morning, noon + night.
Oh Lizzy I am so sorry you are dealing with that and I am so pleased this video is helping you! I would love to know how you doing with recovering your voice 🙏😍.

@@beyondhighc hi mam, let's connect in morning. Actually it's 12 am here in India. I also created video for brain stroke before. Let me share my video with you. But i think this is in hindi
@@beyondhighc i use to enjoy music. Before stroke i remember every song in Hindi and English. But now I can't spell any song or lyrics. Life is like without music and lyrics
2 possibilites I can think of.... 1. not taking deep enough breaths and supporting your sound well or- 2. "tanking up" on air- taking in more air than you need. Ideally your air is flowing in + out smoothly and your voice is riding on a stream of air.
that is a really smart observation. I never thought of that connection. Going to keep that in mind- since you find it helful. Thank you sooo much 🙏 ❤ 🗣
The exercise is helpful. The spacing is just right for me. Now, i can say "I am fine"❤
