Life is stressful but you can try to change what you can. Try your best and trust Allah. We lose self-confidence because we try hard to impress others or get affected because of their mean comments. This lowers our self-esteem, try to do something and be happy by focusing on what really matters to you. Ignore any mean comments or hatred and let it not affect you. Love yourself and Allah.
Well done, Nafisa! Yes, comparison is a thief of joy. We shouldn't compare ourselves because Allah says He created us perfectly. So there's no need to be uncomfortable in our skins.
Also, body image affects our confidence, when we are not comfortable in our own skin we tend to have less confidence. I have read that affirmations such as "I am beautiful and wonderfully made" really helps a lot. Also, invest in a pretty gratitude journal and write in it all the things that you love about yourself and your life. Hope this helps!

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته ما شاء الله ، everytime u post video about the topics that is actual for me right now you know these weeks i felt sooo uncomfortable and unconfident while wearing the hijab and covering myself, because I've heard the comments from people and hatred, and questions " aren't you hot?" and i saw them demonstrating how hot it is. i felt like all people look at me and despise me, and i thought i look ugly. but then Alhamdulillah i started to value my hijab and alhamdulillah now i am more confident
sometimes a small actions of other people can affect us so much to negative or positive ways. when I've heard negative comments towards me I became unconfident but after a period of time when I saw how male muslims moved away to give me more space out of respect for me, I started to value my hijab again
