The BiSaddle is a great option for saddles when you need to customize sizing to customize a few options, including nose length and width. Also Bisaddle is out of St.George and you can actually just replace the surfaces when they get worn out. I have one for 3+ years

loved this thank you! my favourite discussion was about running never being easy! I just thought it was me getting older (I am 62 yikes, and have been running since 25) and it is feeling harder especially in the last 5 years, but perhaps just getting out there and running at any speed is a good thing. so thanks for the reassurance that you all feel running is hard work. happy new year and good luck with your forthcoming season.
