Eric/Paula, great vid and thanks for the swim slo-mo footage. Always a learning experience to see real swimmers in slow motion. All that awesome food, unfortunately most of us don't burn 10-15KCal/day. Congrats to you both for fine performances in stacked fields. Kudos to Paula for the strong swim/bike and Eric for the strong swim/run.

Beautiful video as per usual. Loved the interaction with the other pros. It’s cool to see the (pro) community within the (tri) community. This is a bucket list race for me. It looks so dope.
We'd love to have way more pros and non pros on here. We're all good friends, but it's hard to pull out the camera when you're catching up with someone for the first time in months :) Nick being around helps with that though!

So how many people first want to meet Flynn before they meet you? :) The Plot sounds fantastic; great to see you appreciating how outstanding vegan food can be. The owners' sustainability commitment is impressive. Back to Flynn...and Uncle Wattie. I think Wattie cannot wait to get a dog. Super music throughout; any of if Nick's? Oh, back to Flynn again - seems you all are good dog ambassadors, keeping him leashed when it's appropriate to do so. Helps to have responsible owners so people aren't anti-dog. Congrats on strong races. And commented on it on a post, but Eric's new kit is so good.

By the way….I love your guys attitude toward plant based. I myself am not vegan but appreciate also eating plant based for the same reason. Also more veggies and fruit is great for the body.

That's a Blueseventy race team suit apparently. They gave it to me to test out as a potential option for a Blueseventy/TTL collaboration suit. With a different design, of course

Hey guys love the channel. @ 3:00 I noticed that your swim stroke entry timing is very different from each other. Is that normal for you two?
We weren't swimming any sort of special way, so I'd say it's normal, yep
The week after the 70.3, it was in the 90's on the coast! Paula would definatley not have been cold! Seems like you guys hit all the "yuppie spots", next time drive a a few miles south to Encinitas and visit PANNIKINS coffee house!
We almost never went to Pannikin when we lived in Carlsbad because it was always so busy. We'd ride by and there'd be 20 people in line :( But when you can sit down.. :)
Food is so much more fun when it’s free too! Lol
As this was airing, I thought to myself, why don't you guys leverage your travel experience, bike fixing knowledge, etc. to help expand your youtube audience. How to videos, travel videos, etc. Great job.

Awesome race guys! I was wondering why did Paula race as an American? It was showing the US flag during the race and same on the Ironman website when looking at the results.
That was a mistake on the broadcast. She definitely is not racing for the US :)
Are you planning on racing at St. Anthony’s in St. Petersburg? If so, will you have a meet and greet with TTL gear? If so, I’d be happy to advertise that with our local tri clubs.

Well so glad to see plant based food winning:) and looks like you two enjoyed your selves, would like to have heard more about the race,,,do believe if you two were to stop eating Gods creatures, things will drastically change for the better, its like the secret to life, cherish life, and karma takes over your life, as most people think their poop is better then others, well thats only if you are meatless, lol
